Our Artisan Recipes Line
We are proud to introduce our new YesYouCan Artisan Recipes line of gluten free baking mixes. Our Artisan Recipes are all reduced sugar, using unrefined rapadura sugar for better nutrients, vitamins and minerals. All our recipes are also low in sodium, providing a good source of fibre from super grains like quinoa, sorghum, buckwheat and teff flours, as well as using real fruit and raw foods like cacao and coconut.
Our Artisan Recipes are the first gluten-free baking mix line to display the Health Star Rating, a voluntary labelling system that rates the nutritional profile of packaged foods. We achieved a rating of 3.5 stars, compared to the 0.5 - 1 star achieved by most other baking mixes on the market!
