Packaging: With our mission to promote sustainability, we do not have nice branded packaging for parcels, instead, we reuse many carton boxes we got from our suppliers to pack your orders. In this way, these boxes are reused immediately instead of going through the recycling process. We hope you are fine with it and we encourage you to reuse them when you can.
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund or exchange.
Products must be returned in unused and re-saleable condition, in their original packaging.
Refund/exchange will only be issued after original goods are received.
