Direction
For adults: Dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) into 200-300 ml of water, coconut water, non-acidic juice/smoothie, or non-dairy milk once a day.
For children (5-12yo): Serve 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) daily.

In this way, these boxes are reused immediately instead of going through the recycling process. We hope you are fine with it and we encourage you to reuse them when you can.
