I’m constantly looking for ways to maintain that delicate balance between the two. Many of these products while claiming to be all natural, contain various chemicals, substances, and preservatives that diminish the product and let’s be honest harmful. Originated in China, green tea is produced from Camellia sinensis a species of the evergreen shrub. Many other variations of tea are produced from this plant, including white tea, black tea, and oolong tea, the difference in green tea is the process it undergoes.   1. Green Tea Mask — Making a green tea face mask is the best way to maintain healthy skin, and it’s not too hard on the purse strings either. Using two green tea bags, honey and lemon juice you can create a face mask that clears out impurities, smooths lines and prevents acne. After scooping out the contents of the green tea bags just add honey and lemon juice, apply the mixture to your face and let sit on your face for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Whipped Green Tea & Coconut Oil — These two ingredients are perhaps the best to use on your skin. Coconut oil is an increasingly popular natural ingredient proven to help soften skin as well as improve its elasticity. Using just 1 cup of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of loose green tea, you can create a creamy whipped body butter.
  • Using a double boiler to melt the coconut oil

    Great article. Im a fan of green tea ever since i began ketogenic diet. Theres a lot of god benefits when you drink green tea. You might wanna try cranberry juice as well for a change. it also has good benefits on the body.
