How to Use these natural Oils for Wrinkle treatment Properly

When using essential oils to fight wrinkles, it is best to use the oil in moderation. These oils are extremely concentrated and should be used with a carrier oil to help with absorption and to distribute the oils evenly. As with anything that is used around the eyes, care should be taken not to get any oil into the eye itself. Many of these oils have a citric base that could cause eye irritation.

The best carriers to use with essential oils are avocado oil, apricot kernel oil, calendula oil, grape seed oil and jojoba oil. Simply add a drop or two the essential oils to 5 or 6 drops of the carrier oil and apply a light layer to the problem areas. Depending on personal preference, some use this mixture as a night mask while others will leave the mixture on for 10 to 15 minutes before using a hydrating cleanser to remove.
