Shipping Policies
$7.99 flat rate and Free for orders over $120 Australia wide*.
For international orders, please enquire for a delivery quote. We use the best and cheapest courier company.
*For some bulky items, if the shipping cost is greater than $12, we reserve the right to ask for an additional shipping fee to cover our cost. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
Packaging: With our mission to promote sustainability, we do not have nice branded packaging for parcels, instead, we reuse many carton boxes we got from our suppliers to pack your orders. In this way, these boxes are reused immediately instead of going through the recycling process. We hope you are fine with it and we encourage you to reuse them when you can.
Return Policies
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Postage for sending goods back to us is not included. We kindly ask for our customers to organise their own return postage. We will, however, cover the delivery cost of sending out the exchange.
