Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Standard delivery is a flat rate of $7.99, or FREE for orders over $100** (see exceptions below). Express post next day delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order. Please contact us if you require a next day delivery.

** An additional postage and handling surcharge may apply for orders (including those over $100 in value) to areas outside the East coast major regional and metropolitan centres, for orders over 5kg in weight or large in size. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders. We will contact you first to approve any additional charge.

Otherwise most orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney next business day after the order being placed. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days; public holidays are excluded.

Standard Delivery Times: our estimated standard delivery times from when an order is placed are below. Please note, the following information is indicative only – delivery times may vary due to high volumes. Some exceptions apply (e.g. pre-orders, or products made to order) in which case this is highlighted on the relevant product page. 

  • For metro Sydney you should receive your order within 1-3 business from when your order is placed
  • For metro Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide 2-5 business days
  • For regional NSW 4-6 business days
  • For metro Brisbane and Tasmania 4-6 business days
  • For metro Perth you should receive your order within 5-8 business days
  • For regional areas outside NSW please allow 6-10 business days (the orders are shipped from Sydney so allow more time if you’re in WA, NT, or far North Queensland


Delivery Method

Delivery is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name. If you are not present when delivery takes place a postal card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or pickup at a later time from the Post Office. You can leave instruction to leave your parcel in a safe place  (in the comments box in the cart) however please note by doing you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.

Return Policies

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
